Application areas
This series of products features a control system entirely developed on the Future platform, offering flexible processing and simple operation. It is ideal for rapid cutting of medium- and thick-grade steel plates and finds extensive applications in industries such as construction machinery, shipbuilding, steel structures, aerospace, high-pressure vessels, environmental protection, and more. Laser power ranges from 1.2 kW to 40 kW; the 40-kW model can cut low-carbon steel plates up to 100 mm thick.

1. The all-new D-FutureE series bus system—developed entirely in-house—is easy to operate, stable and user-friendly, and effectively reduces the failure rate. It completely redefines the traditional control architecture, eliminating the drawbacks of systems that are prone to interference and thus avoiding issues such as frequent alarms and inaccurate positioning. The system comes with a standard set of pre-loaded materials, allowing users to simply select the appropriate material and start cutting immediately. It also features an extensive database of expert knowledge, covering commonly available material types on the market, and provides one-click access for quick and accurate material matching.
2. All-optical path design with anti-reflection features effectively suppresses adverse effects caused by high reflectivity, significantly improving the cutting efficiency and stability of metal sheets.
3. The laser and cutting head, featuring the G5 series LOE interface, effectively control high losses in core laser components caused by back-reflection, thereby reducing the risk of contamination to these critical components.
4. The hollow-structure carbon steel welded bed frame is as solid as a rock, featuring an extremely small light-receiving surface that is completely immune to thermal deformation caused by cutting heat.
5. The 6th-generation aviation-grade magnesium-aluminum alloy crossmember features a radially-oriented, high-strength, anti-bending structural design. It is integrally extruded and formed, reducing its weight by approximately 70% compared to steel structures. This significantly lowers the wear rate of transmission mechanical components and the load on the motor, improving dynamic performance by about 30% and reducing energy consumption by roughly 40%.
6. Supports the “Smart Vision Image Recognition” function, enabling quick matching of machining tasks through scanning.
