The 3D laser welding product series leverages the stable trajectory motion accuracy and smooth path-planning capabilities of robots, fully bringing out the advantages of laser welding. It enables seamless, continuous welds on complex curved surfaces, resulting in high weld strength and aesthetically pleasing weld surfaces with no noticeable protrusions, thereby eliminating the need for extensive post-weld grinding and finishing processes. This model is widely used in industries such as elevator manufacturing, home appliance production, hardware, kitchen and bathroom fittings, and decorative interior design.
Efficiency-enhancing tool
1. The motion mechanism uses a FANUC robot that is originally imported, featuring high trajectory accuracy and exceptional performance, stability, and reliability.
2. The system supports two program input methods: manual teaching and offline programming, making program processing simple and efficient.
3. The oscillating welding head supports automatic adjustment of the weld width from 0 to 5 mm, effectively compensating for gap defects during sheet metal splicing.
4. The system is equipped with an automatic wire-feeding system that ensures smooth wire feeding even when using graphite guide tubes and aluminum alloy welding wires.
5. Equipped with a laser tracking device, it can automatically align the weld and also perform real-time correction during long-trace welding.
6. The welding head is equipped with a coaxial video system that enables real-time monitoring of weld quality, preventing defective products from entering the next production stage.
7. Fieldbus communication protocols such as EtherCAT, EIP, and Modbus-TCP support data uploading, enabling remote monitoring of equipment operating status.
