Application areas
This model series is fully equipped with an automatic cutting control system that generates bevel groove trajectories. It supports V-shaped, X-shaped, Y-shaped, and K-shaped bevel grooves. The system can automatically generate bevel groove machining data according to specified requirements and automatically calibrate the material placement status to ensure precise bevel groove cutting. This model is now widely used in fields such as construction machinery, shipbuilding and heavy industry, mining machinery, and rail transit.

1. Equipped with a bus control system, it can generate cutting paths for various types of bevels at the touch of a button, enabling rapid bevel cutting operations with angles up to 45 degrees.
2. Groove types such as V-shaped, X-shaped, Y-shaped, and K-shaped can be formed with machining on just one side.
3. The hollow bed design effectively prevents the cutting head from swaying and emitting light laterally, thereby avoiding damage to the bed and maintaining the precision of the machine tool mechanism.
